Submission of Abstracts and Papers

Authors are invited to submit papers for presentation at the Congress. Papers will be peer reviewed by an international panel of experts in the various fields or themes being covered in the congress.

The submission of papers for academic peer review and publication is now closed. The submitted papers are currently being reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee.
Papers may still be submitted, within the scope of the various themes of the Congress, but not for academic review. Such papers, if accepted, will be published under the heading “Non-refereed Papers” in the Congress Proceedings.
The Organising Committee recognises the value of information, precedent and experience in the housing built environment that has not necessarily been exposed to the rigor of academic research and documentation, hence the provision for non-refereed papers as an important aspect of the Congress.

Submission and return of papers

• Submitted papers are currently being reviewed by the International Scientific Panel of Referees.
• All papers received were duly acknowledged
• Comment and notification of acceptance or rejection of papers is currently in progress
• Reviewed papers will be returned to authors by 26 July for finalisation of their papers
• Non refereed papers may be submitted by 10 August for consideration by the Organising Committee.
• Final refereed papers for publication by not later than 16 August 2005
